Steve Chickos ‘14, a CVAN board member, works for the U.S. State Department and recently received the distinguished Franklin Award for outstanding contributions in the Dignitary Protections Division. Displaying remarkable initiative and dedication through meticulous research and coordination across multiple offices, Steve worked to develop and implement guidance and training around protection arrest procedures. His efforts have significantly enhanced the readiness of his team to handle potential threats to those in their charge.
